This workshop helps you understand the importance of moving your body regularly to create balance in your work life, right from your desk.

You don’t need to have done yoga before, and you don’t even need a mat! It’s perfect for professionals wanting to maintain a healthy body and mind to boost work performance.

Schedules & Class Times

Once you’ve selected your Desk Yoga package, we will send you our class schedule so you can select the class routine that best suits you. New classes start every Tuesday and Thursday.

Classes run every day, making it easy to jump online for a 30-minute session of quality, convenient Desk Yoga.
